About
Community as a revenue engine.
I created a repeatable 90-day community launch framework that accelerates engagement, advocacy, and customer growth.
What I've delivered
of dormant customers reactivated
lift in event attendance (10% → 80%)
to a new platform, accelerating launch and time-to-value by 5 months
of advocacy / champion program participants retained
doubled the volunteer pool for the champions program in one quarter
Community isn't a cost center. It's a revenue, retention, and brand loyalty engine, and the numbers above are proof.
I'm a community leader who's built community at Microsoft, ForgeRock (7 years), Techstars, early-stage startups, and open source companies, often running multiple builds at once.
That work led to my sub-90-day framework, built in a rapid-deployment environment for rapid-deployment companies.
Why it works
My background in human-computer interaction and social sciences shaped my mental model for brand experiences. I build community from strategy to metrics, designing environments where members make meaningful connections, are recognized, know their feedback matters, and are set up to succeed.
The system
Successful prospects become customers. Successful customers are brand loyal, and renew, expand, and evangelize. Evangelism brings in new prospects and closes the loop. Run it enough times and revenue stops being a guess.
Let's make community show up on the P&L.
